Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still securely attached to the garments.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, fix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
